One of the most popular features of our store is the cooking class series. Most classes are menu based demonstration format which last three hours with a full three course meal served. (Classes such as knife skills, baking, or chocolate making provide some food, but no full meal.)

As an added bonus for attending our classes, you will receive a 15% discount on any in-stock items during the event! (This does not apply to sale items).

Carriage House Restaurant of Burlington is coming to Le Chef Complet. Chef Hootan will be preparing Seared Scallops with Capers, Cauliflower Puree and Maple Glazed Double Smoked Bacon. The Main will be a seared Duck Breast, Mushroom Risotto and Seasonal Vegetables. Baklava with Cardamon and Pistachios will complete the evening. Celebrate this special occasion by taking a journey into the heart of Tuscany with Chef Sonia. Sonia arrived in Canada in 2008 from Tuscany, where she hosted a very well known cooking school at her family's winery estate.
