The Sizzle/Koi complex is a world class entertainment venue located in the heart of Hamilton's Historical Hess Village. It houses two 5 star restaurants, both with stunning patios, as well as a spectacular night club on the joined 2nd and 3rd floors which caters to a mature clientele.

This unique venue can be host to your intimate evening for two, or for a corporate function for hundreds. Whatever the occasion, this is simply the finest destination in Hamilton for your function.

Modern, Hip, Sexy, this is not your usual Steakhouse Experience. It starts with the exciting decor. When you enter the restaurant you find yourself in a place where no detail has been overlooked. The earthy tones and stunning material finishes are highlighted by two custom built elongated fireplaces which provide a cozy atmosphere of warmth.

The dining room has a dining capacity of 80 people including a private dining room for 12. The large bar is not only stunning but offers the finest in martini's and cocktails. There is also a temperature controlled wine room, visible from the dining room, which houses close to 1000 bottles of red wine at a perfect serving temperature of 65 degrees.

The Patio is equally impressive with a wonderfully European feel, all overlooking famed Hess Street. It is the ideal place for an elegant lunch or dinner during the summer months, or for a lively night of cocktails after 10 p.m.
